As a way of further impacting our presence and desire to minister while on this side of heaven, TeeBird & Co. is collaborating with Gentle Hands, Inc.

Gentle Hands, Inc. is a Christ-centered home for infants and children of the Philippines who might be otherwise left on the street hungry and alone without a supportive and guiding hand. Gentle Hands is a 24-hour Residential Care Facility that provides social work, medical, nutritional, home life, educational, recreational, adoption counseling and Christian living programs to orphaned, neglected and abandoned children in the Philippines.

The decision to support this particular cause was based on our personal and familial connection to the Philippines. Our mother was born in Catbalogan City, Philippines and was orphaned at a very early age. She lived a life of being separated from her sisters and being moved from multiple foster homes until she reached her late teens where she ended up on the streets in Manila. In her own testimony, she shares how by the grace of God, she always felt and knew she was divinely protected from what could have easily led to a life of crime, drugs and human trafficking. Instead, she has lived a very blessed life and her story is still being written. Our hearts will always hold a special place for the orphaned children in this region.

With your help, we will be funneling resources to Gentle Hands that will be collected through the sale of items through our Loaves + Fishes Outreach day. Once a week, all proceeds from the sales on this day will be donated to the orphanage. If you prefer to donate directly through their website, you may do so at https://gentlehandsorphanages.com.

The Loaves + Fishes Outreach is our response to the importance of raising children to love and worship God (Deuteronomy 6:7, Proverbs 22:6) because children are a heritage from the Lord. (Psalm 127:3–5).
